Updater

• Updater now getting data from github releases
• Updater now adding missing keys to config and lang files
• Updater now detects whether the version is "DEV"/"SNAPSHOT"/"NORMAL"

• Fixed set command
• Fixed message when entering wrong player name
• Fixed a bug where the player's current number of credits was displayed in the add command message instead of the number of credits added to them
• Fixed incorrect display of the help message

Message control

• English is now set if a non-existent translation is specified in config.yml
