Big clan system, added clans with more than 70+ commands, clans rank system, regions, roles for clan members and etc.
Removed all deprecated code, full updated to 1.20.1 Paper. Fixed bug with claim clan region while you havn't clan home or treasure. Fixed some default localization errors. Fixed bug with clan setting command.
