You also need to delete the config.yml file and the locale/en-us.yml file in the plugin directory, if you want to migrate from previous versions. Still not recomended, as this introduces a different time, i.e. plugin time instead of using the world dependant game time

Update includes

• User friendlier commands // better tab completion
• Item lore depending on the state of the brew, for example if it's in a barrel, the lore will be different than if it's in an inventory and so on
• Numerous small tweaks
• Drunken state persistency when server restarts
• Execute commands for other players. For example /tbp status for Thorinwasher set 100 100. Applies to all existing commands exept the reload command
