ADDED:
- Custom font system
- Resource pack for custom font system [support for both ItemsAdder (new structure only) & Oraxen]
- Placeholder support for custom fonts (requires MiniPlaceholders)
- Small caps keyword feature (replaces specified keywords in messages with small caps formatted ones, suggested by Muffin#3409)
