Forked version of a plugin that extends the player's view distance without ticking or updating the chunks
Updated to Paper 1.21.4
Fixed lighting issues.

CHANGES:
- Now it uses Java 21.
- Every new version will be compiled against a paper version; if you are seeking retro-compatibility, use an older version,
- If the server is running in an incompatible version, it will disable the plugin and log this info.
- Sometimes the "prevent-xray" setting may break the extended view distance. If you experience issues, disable the "prevent-xray" from the config.
- Unfortunately, now the plugin is fully dependent on paper-based servers.
