Added a configurable option for an enderman warp sound to be played on command. Removed the option to prevent fall damage as it's glitchy and doesn't work, sorry.
Several bugs I found in the cooldown system were fixed. Cooldowns must be non-negative.
Version 1.0.1 is BUGGY. DON"T USE IT
