IF YOU UPDATE THE PLUGIN YOU NEED TO RESET THE CONFIG
This update clean the config and make it simpler also add a lot of hints. It change how the stamina is manage and this makes the regeneration more smooth than ever. Also adding new particles when regenerating. When eating, it regenerate the stamina.
