ChatPlugin

This version includes support for Minecraft 1.21.2-1.21.4, adds GUIs and chat channels, contains improvements for the antispam and ranks module and fixes a lot of important bugs.

It is recommended to delete chat.yml and the messages' files and let ChatPlugin generate new ones with the new additions.
