Changes:
- Implemented advanced command execution (Thanks Rubén)
- This enables you to have commands be run only if the player has specific permissions and/or with a percent chance of happening
- Added support for PlaceholderAPI placeholder parsing in commands (Thanks Rubén)
- Added commands to be run when a player is killed by another player (Thanks Rubén)
