Added sign protection Added item frame protection Added armor stand protection Added no minecart (all types) placement in other groups' claims

Removed pvp tag/health regeneration logs that clog/spam console.

Optimized naming of protected items (e.g. "endsWith CHEST" rather than adding every individual chest type).
