Implement rewards for winners via config option:

minigames:
  # Example Arena Configuration
  arena_1:
       winner-rewards: # Gives players rewards for winning the game
      - GOLD_BLOCK:1
      - DIAMOND:5

Ensure players are sent to spectator mode on losing
Remove arenaregenerator.command permission as it is not necessary
