Added an option to apply the speed boost to any block by adding it to the config file! Now you can build roads out of whatever your design entails!
Added a 1 second delay before players' speed is reset to make traversing rough roads (ahem, some villages) smoother.
Added deepslate and stone brick slabs to the default speed boosts. Can be disabled by commenting out or removing the entries from the config.
