Use PlaceholderAPI placeholders with Maintenance on your Bungee/Velocity proxy.

- Added Velocity support (simply put the same jar on both Velocity and the backend servers you want the placeholder on)
- Now uses minimessage format for the addon config as well
If you are updating from 1.x of this addon, you need to delete your old addon.yml/manually make it use minimessage format
