Added option to define the amount of time in ticks a dried farmland turns into dirt and drops its crop's seed type as an item (as vanilla turning-to-dirt-behavior only applies to dry farmland with nothing planted on it). This setting cannot be configured per-plant. Added growth and death rates for plants with no sky access. Plants with completely empty configuration information now maintain vanilla behavior. Other growth types now check for sky access.
