- Added an option to discount transparent blocks when checking for sky access. 1.13 is no longer supported.
- Biome group presets are now supplied in the config.yml.
- Carrots and Potatoes are now listened to correctly (naming error).
- More capable biome-related plant placement handling when telling the player where they can or cannot place a plant.
- Added 'cave-vines' support (glow berries). Fixed needs-sky logic in relation to transparent blocks. Default y-level minimum is now -64 instead of 0. Added a plugin command (/plantnerfer [help|reload]) with permissions plantnerfer.help and plantnerfer.reload.
