Added a limit to how many flats a player can own

  • This limit can be set by editing the maxClaimableFlats: 3 line in settings.yml
  • If the line is not present, the default value 3 will be used
  • Players with the permission flats.admin won't be affected

Improvements to performance

  • Especially noticable with many flats

Support for 10 additional languages (AI generated)
