universalban

First release, allows you to ban players from the complete network using /globalban (/gban) and /globalunban (/gunban). to reload the config, do /rubc in the console :p

Currently, /globalunban doesn't work, you'll need to remove the UUID from the config file and do /rubc in the console ro reload the config to successfully unban the player.
