Carry On for Paper: sneak + right-click to carry configured blocks and mobs with safe inventories and sounds.

- Added shulker box colors and anvils to the default block allow list.
- New living mob types are allowed unless excluded; players remain excluded.
- Added optional update notices for console and server operators.
- Prevented container loss when inventory serialization fails.
API compile matrix: 1.21–1.21.11 and 26.1–26.3. Java 21 for 1.21.x; Java 25 for 26.x. Compile checks are not runtime tests for every server fork/build.
