Permissions

simplewarps.warp.<name>: Teleport to warp that requires permission.
simplewarps.others: Warp other players.
simplewarps.warmup.bypass: Ignore the warp warmup time.
simplewarps.cooldown.bypass: Ignore the warp cooldown time.
simplewarps.admin: Edit warps in GUI.
simplewarps.reload: Reload the config.
