This update introduces the weather placeholder, standardizes the PlaceholderAPI identifier, and includes several minor bug fixes.

⚠️ Breaking Changes / Important Notes

• PlaceholderAPI identifier changed! All placeholders now use the prefix calendar_ instead of calendario_.
  • Action Required: Update your existing placeholder usage (e.g., in scoreboards, chat formats) from %calendario_day% to %calendar_day%.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Corrected an issue where season placeholders (%calendar_season%) might not retain their defined colors in certain scoreboard plugins.
• Fixed minor timing inconsistencies with events, especially around midnight and after /calendar reload.
• Improved overall stability and addressed minor internal code issues.
