5ee7a39 Update to 26.3

What's changed?

• Updated to 26.3
• Removed unused methods.
• Quality control for portions of the code base to make it easier to maintain.
• {prefix}, %prefix%, or %Prefix% are no longer automatically added. You must manually add the placeholders in Messages.yml.
• Maps no longer are considered items to be dyed due to recent changes with Minecraft.

Migration

• Added /crazyenchantments migrate
  • This replaces all startup migrations as that was not good practice for the most part.
  • The migration types are BROKEN_ENCHANTMENTS, LEGACY_TO_MINIMESSAGE, MISSING_OPTIONS and TINKER
• Removed the tinker version from Tinker.yml as it's now a command.

Messages

• All messages in Messages.yml have been migrated to support MiniMessage, Legacy Color codes are no longer supported for that file.
  • Settings.Prefix in config.yml has also been migrated to MiniMessage.
• You can update the file Messages.yml, or the Settings.Prefix in config.yml by either using HelpChat's converter or running /crazyenchantments migrate LEGACY_TO_MINIMESSAGE.
