• Added a configurable language system.
• English (lang/en.yml) is now the default player-facing language.
• Added an optional German translation (lang/de.yml).
• Added language: en to config.yml; changing it to de enables German.
• Language changes are applied by /respawncare reload.
• Custom language files can be added under plugins/RespawnCare/lang/ and selected by filename.
• Missing translation keys fall back to the bundled English language file.

• Replaced the old single messages.yml resource with separate language files.
• Reload and startup logging now show the active language.
