  • Expose user management through public API

Add public User and UserManager interfaces and expose the manager through EternalCoreApi. Keep user persistence and caching implementations internal, and adapt cached users to the viewer API.

  • Refactor UserManager to reference User interface instead of UserImpl

  • Refactor UserManager caching and persistence logic
