Bugfix, added commands and permissions 1.0.1

A couple of typos that don't affect the code have been fixed. The way holograms work has been changed; the following things weren't handled:

• when the player leaves the server while viewing a hologram.
• holograms were visible to everyone, not just the affected player.

Commands have been added to directly modify in-game some settings found in the config.yml file.

Permissions have been reviewed and some missing ones added
