Made AnvilGUI version independent

Hey there! After a long time of trying thigns out i finally got the AnvilGUI like i wanted it to, so now you can use a version independent AnvilGui which should work from 1.2 up until the latest versions (no guarantee for older versions as the api may have changed between versions, SignGUI will be updated next!
