House/Hotel Building: Build houses and hotels on your streets to collect rent and increase your wealth. Street Buying/Selling: Buy streets and sell them to other players. Note that selling is only possible between players. Statistics: Keep track of your achievements with detailed statistics on wins, losses, and rounds played. Map Overview: Get an overview of the entire game map to better plan your strategy. Hypothek: Put your streets on Hypothek to stay liquid in difficualt situations. Field Placement: Use a special command to set fields on the map and customize the game board to your liking. Loans: Take out and repay loans to stay liquid in difficult situations. Community/Chance Cards: Draw special cards that influence the game. These cards can have positive or negative effects, such as paying off debts with a chance that the debts double. Change Langauge: Use a special command to set your own language for the gamemode.
