Medium sized update to fix and add a couple of features:
- Added the ability to export all bug reports to a CSV file.
- Added Czech language support.
- Removed unneeded debug logs.
- Simplified how error messages are handled.
- Made "Bug Report Categories" editable.
- Added a way to use other language files that aren't hard coded into the plugin.
