Theosis 0.8.9 - Final Content Update

Theosis has finally reached its content cycle goal.

This doesn't mean development is over, but rather that it marks the culmination of the plugin's core vision.

✨ New Feature - Arcane Decomposition Table

Turn your gems into valuable arcane dust.

Different gem tiers now produce dust of varying quality:

• • Tier I Gems → Raw Dust
• • Tier II Gems → Refined Dust
• • Tier III Gems → Pure Dust

Crafted using:

Respawn Anchor Barrel

(Place the Respawn Anchor above the Barrel)

The table can process up to 16 gems at once, taking longer depending on the gem quality and amount inserted.

Dust finally gives stored gems a meaningful endgame purpose.

📚 Arcane Tomes

You can now create Arcane Tomes from Arcane Dust.

Recipe:

• D.D.D
• D.B.D
• D.D.D

D = Arcane Dust B = Book

Three qualities are available:

Raw Arcane Tome

• Extracts approximately 50% of enchantments.

• The item is consumed.

Refined Arcane Tome

• Extracts 100% of enchantments.

• The item is consumed.

Perfect Arcane Tome

• Extracts 100% of enchantments.

• Retains the original item.

• Ignores cursed enchantments.

Players can finally recover valuable enchantments from their best gear.

🔨 New Feature - Arcane Chisel

Customize your gear like never before.

Crafting Recipe:

Stone Cutter ⬇ Crafting Table ⬇ Hopper

Pattern:

The Arcane Chisel uses Resonance Points.

Resonance is obtained by sacrificing weapons, armor, and tools of a certain rarity.

Higher rarity items grant more Resonance.

In the interface, players can:

• Change Perks.

• Remove Perks (Shift + Click).

• Engrave desired Perks.

• Create fully customized gear.

Each item is unique, as perk slots depend on rarity.

⚔️ 10 New Sword Perks

Theosis officially reaches:

100 Unique Perks

These new additions focus on combat and utility, and are designed for players to discover with enthusiasm.

🔧 Anvil Support System

A configurable cost system has been added for the anvil.

Several predefined configurations are available, allowing server administrators to decide the cost of using the anvil.

Everything can be configured directly in config.yml.

⛰️ Step High Improvements

Step High now has 5 levels instead of just one.

Climb to higher blocks without jumping.

🌍 Localization Updates

• Translations have been added for all new content.

• Language files have been improved.

• Several issues with the German localization have been fixed.

Next Steps

Version 0.9.0 will introduce 10 new gems, thus concluding the major content additions planned for Theosis.

Additional perks may appear if needed, but the original goal of 100 perks has finally been reached.

Theosis 0.8.9 gives new purpose to old resources, expands item progression, and allows players to create gear tailored to their playstyle. My vision of bringing an Apotheosis-inspired experience to the servers, without the need for mods or additional installations, has finally been realized.

(I recommend deleting the lang and perks.yml folders to avoid bugs or new perks not working.)
