Rebuilt release under GPL-3.0.

• Adds /dripstonerecipefix on|off|status|reload with tab completion, aliases /drf and /dripstonefix, permission dripstonerecipefix.admin
• Adds config.yml with a configurable output amount (1 - 64), recipe book unlocking and fully rewritable messages
• Registers the recipe under its own namespace and unlocks it in the recipe book on join
• Proper Folia support: recipe changes go through the global region scheduler, per player unlocking through the entity scheduler
• Ships the Sponge entrypoint in the same jar, compiled separately so the Bukkit half stays on Java 17 bytecode
• bStats reporting, opt out with metrics: false
