What's new in v1.2?

• Fixed rank prefix not showing above player heads — nametag visibility now works correctly for all players regardless of scoreboard assignment
• Fixed rank priority — the order of the prefixes list in config.yml is now fully respected (top = highest priority)
• Fixed nametag rendering — all rank teams are now registered on every player's scoreboard so everyone sees the correct prefix
• General stability improvements
