Changelog

• Fixed %lucktab_rank% now correctly displays the colored rank prefix in the scoreboard instead of plain white text
• Added %lucktab_color% placeholder — returns only the name color of the rank
• %lucktab_rank% and %lucktab_prefix% now return identical output — the colored prefix from config
