Added

• Icons. Write :name: in any line, in a LuckPerms prefix or suffix, or use %lucktab_icon_<name>%, and it turns into the configured symbol. Names without an icon stay as they are.
• Own icons in the new icons section of the config. They can be plain symbols with colour codes or the private use character of a resource pack glyph, e.g. "\uE001".
• Automatic icons from the resource pack (icons-auto). LuckTAB reads the glyphs of the pack from server.properties, or of the pack you set (URL, zip or folder). The picture name is the icon name, so rank_owner.png becomes :rank_owner:. Only pictures with exactly one character count.
• With ItemsAdder installed its font images work as :name:, with Nexo or Oraxen their glyph ids.
• The config upgrader adds the new icons and icons-auto blocks to existing files.

Tested on Paper 26.3 (with ViaVersion and ViaBackwards, Java bot on 1.21.11), Folia 1.21.11 and Spigot 1.21.11. Not tested: the ItemsAdder, Nexo and Oraxen hooks and a pack loaded from a URL.
