Keeps plugins up to date from Modrinth and Hangar, controls them in game, and fetches new ones on request.

- Rollback. Before an update is parked, the jar it replaces is copied to
plugins/PlugMaster/backups/./pm update rollback <plugin>parks that copy, so the next start installs the previous version again. One backup per plugin, always the version before the last update. Works on Bukkit, BungeeCord and Velocity.
