Dynamic view distance and simulation distance adjustment per world — lightweight, fully configurable, and built for performance-critical servers.

Changelog

• Fixed the default enabled value in config.yml, which was true despite the comment right above it telling admins to leave it false until configured — new installs now correctly start disabled as documented
• Fixed a missing permission node: /vdt simulate was permission-gated in code but never registered in plugin.yml, so permission plugins couldn't grant it properly
• Added softdepend: [PlaceholderAPI] to plugin.yml to guarantee correct load order with PlaceholderAPI
• Removed the unused chunk-counter-settings.exclude-overlap world-setting — it was loaded from config but never actually had any effect, silently misleading anyone who configured it
• Removed stray backup files that were accidentally being bundled straight into the shipped plugin JAR
• Cleaned up stale/incorrect code comments left over from earlier refactors

New Permissions

• viewdistancetweaks.vdt.command.simulate — required for /vdt simulate (now properly registered instead of relying on OP fallback)

Removed

• world-settings.<world>.chunk-counter-settings.exclude-overlap — dead config option with no effect
