A minecraft plugin that allows players to individually set whether they want phantoms to spawn for them.
Hello! This update is technically two updates. (I know so much content!!) First, as you may have noticed, there is a... slight issue with phantoms in the 1.0.2 version- this issue likely was related to older players not getting Phantoms' PDC assigned. "1.0.3-paper" should fix that. Next, I wanted to add more logging for when the plugin is doing certain actions to help with debugging. Thus, "1.0.4-paper" was created.
