/charms reload : Reloads the config.yml file
/charms [PLAYER_NAME] [ITEM]: Gives a player an item from the config.
Charms give players potion effects when they have them in their hotbar slots (0-8). The name, item type, lore, and potion effects of a charm can all be configured in the config.yml file. Additionally, setting "glow: true" puts an enchantment glint on the item.
