Polar world format for Paper 1.21.11
Warning
Not widely tested, possibly unstable. Backup your worlds before if you don't want to lose them!
What's changed
- Save/load optimisations - optimised palette (un)packing
- Do not save entities marked as non-persistent
- Fix gamerules in config
- Remove allowMonsters/allowAnimals from config (gamerules have same functionality)
