fix(aotv): preserve rotation on teleport & cancel off-hand fall damage

  • Set yaw/pitch on the destination Location and teleport once.
  • Cancel FALL damage when holding AOTV in either hand.
  • Bump Spigot API to 1.21.8.
  • Change base package from me.vermeil to dev.mitra88.
