🐛 Bug Fixes

• Custom block sync is now sent in batches of 1000 instead of a single message — players with a large number of custom blocks in range no longer fail to receive them all
• Custom blocks are now correctly resent to a player once the mod handshake completes — chunks that were already loaded around the player at login are no longer missed
• Fixed inventory drag events being cancelled in every inventory, even ones with no NorrionProject GUI open — only active custom inventories now block drags
