ServerTune — Paper 1.21.x

This release brings ServerTune to Paper 1.21.x, with fixes to XP merging, player network diagnostics, and improvements to module handling.

What's changed

• XP Orb Merging Fixed — Fixed a type mismatch in the shared cell utility that prevented the XP optimization task from completing correctly.
• Player Ping Diagnostics — /serverhealth now displays the executing player's ping with color coded latency indicators. Administrators with the required permission can also view online operators and their ping.
• Better Server Diagnostics — Health output provides additional context to help distinguish possible server performance issues from network latency.
• Module Handling Improvements — Fixed module configuration and scheduling issues discovered during testing.
