Changes from v1.8:

• only Paper servers are supported now
  
• add check to disable itself if not running on a Paper server
  
• villagers with custom names will be announced
  
• new config options for nametagged villagers
  
• toggle command messages are now configured in config.yml
  
• fixed permissions issue with toggle command
  
• in config.yml removed villager-message-with-profession and villager-infection-with-profession. Added villager-with-profession to replace those strings
  
• fixed clickable, hover and other links not working in messages
  
• fixed typos in config.yml
