This update cover a dead corner: autocompletion and command tree.

Added

• Disabled command autocompletion for non-OP players.
• Non-OP players no longer receive the server command tree.
• Reduced plugin and command information exposure through command suggestions.

Changed

• Command visibility is now restricted based on operator status.
• OP players retain normal command autocompletion.

Other:

• Existing command protection remains unchanged.
