Integrated Discord Controls, Mail Messages, and Localization

New Features

• Integrated player commands into /mb settings discord and admin commands into /mba discord, replacing the separate /mbdiscord command structure.
• Added paginated help and /mb settings discord guide for account linking and notification setup.
• Added /mba discord playercommands on|off. Player commands remain disabled until an administrator completes setup and enables them.
• Added notification support for messages attached to packages, COD packages, returned COD packages, and money mail.

Fixes

• Fixed mass-mail direct messages being sent when disabled, including pending queued messages.
• Improved notification delivery when DiscordSRV account links are not yet cached.
• Rechecked notification preferences, ignored senders, account links, and online-delivery settings before sending or retrying messages.
• Improved reload safety and protection against stale callbacks.
• Preserved malformed notification data for investigation instead of silently replacing it.

Requirements and Upgrade Notes

• Requires MailboxGUI 6.1.0 in the matching edition and DiscordSRV.
• Install all three plugins on the same backend for this single-server release.
• Back up both plugin folders and the MailboxGUI database before upgrading.
• Keep existing configuration, language, player-preference, and pending-notification files.
• After upgrading, check /mba discord status, then enable player controls with /mba discord playercommands on.
• Players can use /mb settings discord guide to complete their notification setup.
• This release operates locally; do not upgrade an older network-notification installation expecting its network behavior to continue.
