Optimisations and fixes

• Floodgate custom labels now parse colour codes
• Panel items will no longer update unless a change in a placeholder is detected, saving resources. Additionally it will not rebuild all items but only individual items that need updating.
• Fixes a small chance of a concurrent exception error on plugin reload.
• Condition parsing optimisations
• Items built multiple times on panel open now cache
