Fixes and clean up

• Fixes some messages from returning null when a player has no permission for the command
• Removed the web interface, more of a gimmick and out of scope for a lightweight basic plugin
• Changed config items from camelcase to underscore for better readability
• Removed defaults for nether and end worlds, by default these are now within the same world folder
