This update introduces a new shape type: lines.
Adds the /l (alias /line) command with create, delete, list, and help sub-commands. Implements a 3D Bresenham's algorithm to draw block-snapped particle lines between two points. Integrates lines into the persistent storage, particle budget, and localization systems. Adds the roundthing.line.use permission. Updates documentation and language files to include the new feature.
