Skript 2.14.0

Today, we are excited to be starting the year off strong with the formal release of Skript 2.14.0! This release includes dozens of major contributions to enhance Skript's existing features, along with a handful of exciting new features. With all of this early spring cleaning, there are some important breaking changes to be aware of, specifically around visual effects and potions. Be sure to review the full changelog linked below.
