Added 7 Commands:

• Warp and Warps

• Buy/Store

• Godmode

• Discord

• Fly

Added 2 Events:

• Plugin Advertisement (not displayed until toggled)

• Cancel Damage In Godmode

Fixed 4 Things:

• Internal Plugin File: Changed pom.xml to use local time on build instead of UTC.

• Player Counting: Changed event on first player join to counting in default rank.

• SEssentials Command: Added check for console so it cant produce error.

• Chat Manager: Changed default prefix to remove empty backets.
