Minecraft chat in Telegram: one long-poll connection, no leaked sockets, self-mute, several servers.
New in 1.2.0 — privacy for players, a quiet channel for admins.
Self-mute. /tgrelay off keeps a player's messages out of the public Telegram chats; /tgrelay on restores them. Muted messages are not lost — they go to the moderation channel with a [mute] prefix.
Moderation channel. Either a separate Telegram chat (moderation.chat) or a DM to every operator with a linked account. Operators come from ops.json, so there is no second list to maintain.
Account linking. /tgrelay link issues a one-time code; sending it to the bot pairs the Telegram account with the Minecraft UUID. /tgrelay unlink removes the pair.
Diagnostics. /tgrelay testmute sends a test message through the moderation route; /tgrelay status now reports the route in use, how many players are muted and how many accounts are linked.
Config and locales. New mute.* and moderation.* sections, and the new strings are translated into English, Russian and Chinese.
