This update focused on polish, stability, and development workflow improvements.

What’s new:

• Added a new staff/dev world: creative_flat
• Added permission-based access for the dev world:
  • runestonecore.world.creative_flat.access
• Added /devflat for fast access to the dev world
• Enforced protected access so unauthorized players cannot stay in creative_flat
• Fixed cross-world teleport errors caused by MobHealth teleport distance checks
• Cleaned up duplicate DailyRewards config warning spam on startup/reload
• Updated deprecated Paper API usage to newer APIs
• Updated biome registry access to the modern registry system
• General cleanup and stability improvements across startup, world handling, and config loading

• creative_flat remains fixed for dev/staff use with controlled access
• Build/tests passed after the update
